Learn to cook Danish dishes with our local Danish chef, Jørn Mathiasen, at the Seattle Danish Center!

On February 24thth learn to make pork tenderloin the Danish way with all the fixings and side dishes!

Jørn will teach how to prepare pork tenderloin 3 different ways and how to serve the meat with:

Champignon a la cream
Homemade rødkål (red cabbage)
Prunes and apples
Cucumber salad
and Potatoes
