Service and Sermon in Danish by Pastor Carsten Hansen of the Danish Lutheran Church of Vancouver B.C.
Coffee hour following the service. Please bring cookies to share if you are able.
Donations are encouraged to cover costs of the event. Anything raised beyond costs will be donated to St. John United Lutheran Church and their programs.

All Danes and friends are invited to our traditional Lillejuleaften Christmas celebration. Pastor Jørn Muller will conduct the service in Danish and English. We will sing Danish Christmas carols, hear the Christmas gospel in Danish and English, and listen to a brief Christmas meditation. The Nordic Chorus will sing Danish carols, and as usual, the Lucia Court will appear.
Following the service there will be an informal gathering with coffee, tea, gløgg, and Danish pastry. Contribution is $10.00 for refreshments and other expenses. Children are free.
