The Annual Membership Meeting of the Northwest Danish Association takes place in the fall each year at the
Seattle Danish Center.

Note: To vote at the annual membership meeting, your 2026-2027 membership must be received at the NWDA office in Seattle by September 10th, 2026.
Social Hour and Annual Dinner
Around 5:00 pm guests who have reserved dinner tickets are invited to the social hour and dinner following the Annual Membership Meeting. The traditional Danish dinner menu this year will be created by our local Danish chef, Jørn Mathiasen! Beer and wine are included.
Anyone choosing to stay for social hour that does not have a dinner ticket will be required to pay per alcoholic drink.
Dinner Reservations must be made by Monday, September 28th.
2026 Annual Dinner Menu:
Starter: Cold Smoked Salmon – Kold røget laks
Cold smoked salmon and asparagus served with creamed spinach, flutes and butter.
Kold røget laks med asarages serveret med varm spinat a la creme, flutes og smør.
Main: The Innkeeper’s Black Pot – Kromandens Sorte Gryde
Pork tenderloin, cocktail sausages, mushrooms and red pepper in paprika sauce. Potatoes and red pickled beets.
Mørbrad, cocktailpølser, champignon og rød peber i paprikasauce. Kartofler og rødbeder.
Dessert: Apple Cake – Æblekage
Baked apple cake with crème fraiche.
Bagt æblekage med crème fraiche.
